Atmananda yoga studio is a holistic wellness center that provides yoga aerial pilates and meditation. We have yoga studios all around the world but our headquarters is located in new york city nyc. It far exceeded my expectations i thought it would be a yoga lite class like most free classes i ve tried. We are not just another yoga studio and we are not a gym.
